Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Director of Product Design leading a remote team
• Deep experience designing enterprise software or B2B SaaS platforms
• Proven ability to lead design efforts in an agile product environment
• Strength in UX strategy, interaction design, and systems thinking
• Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma
