Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design and UX to lead and scale its User Experience function.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the UX vision and strategy across the product portfolio
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary UX team while establishing performance standards
• Oversee end-to-end UX efforts, ensuring cohesive product experiences across platforms

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of UX/UI design experience with 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of building UX functions and scalable design systems
• Expertise in UX research, product design, and user testing methodologies
• Strong understanding of accessibility, usability heuristics, and WCAG standards
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably HealthTech or MedTech
