Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design, Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and scale the RCM design organization, including structure and quality standards
• Guide senior cross-functional peers through high-stakes tradeoffs and ensure timely execution
• Drive high-quality design across billing, claims, payments, and eligibility flows

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design, with 5+ years at a director or senior director level
• Demonstrated success leading design for finance or regulated SaaS platforms
• Deep expertise in organizational design and team development
• Strong executive presence and experience presenting to VP+ audiences
• Proven success in scaling design systems and governance models
