A company is looking for a Director of Product Design to lead the evolution of their UX and UI into a modern, intuitive design system.

Key Responsibilities

• Modernize the UI and UX across web and mobile for a cohesive product experience
• Build and maintain a unified design system and visual language
• Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team of product designers and researchers

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design or UX, with 5+ years in leadership roles within SaaS or enterprise software
• Demonstrated success in modernizing product experiences and implementing scalable design systems
• Strong background in designing for complex, data-driven workflows
• Experience leading user research practices to integrate customer insights into design
• Deep expertise in accessibility and inclusive design standards
