Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design & UX Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the end-to-end UX architecture across product surfaces
• Lead design quality for high-complexity initiatives and set design standards
• Build and mentor a high-performing product design organization

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Product Design / UX, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven experience leading UX for complex B2B or SaaS platforms
• Strong background in UX architecture and interaction models
• Demonstrated ability to scale design organizations and mature practices
• Hands-on design expertise with the ability to contribute at a high level
