Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design to lead their product design function.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, usable product experiences
• Review design work and provide clear, thoughtful feedback
• Manage and grow a small team of product designers while contributing directly as a hands-on designer

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience
• Recent hands-on experience shipping product design work
• Exceptional UX and visual design sense
• Experience owning end-to-end design, including design systems
• People management experience with a collaborative, low-ego working style
