Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design (UX) to lead user experience and design across its product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elevate the UX practice by establishing design systems and processes
• Define and execute the UX vision and strategy for all products
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Designers, fostering collaboration and growth

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with 4+ years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of the AdTech landscape or experience with complex B2B platforms
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and high-quality products
• Proven ability to build and manage high-performing design teams
• Mastery of modern design tools and understanding of front-end development principles
