Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design, UX, or related fields, with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in scaling design systems and user research
• Proven ability to build and lead teams and influence at the executive level
• Experience in implementing product analytics and experimentation platforms
• Experience in virtual healthcare and B2B2C design preferred
