Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design to lead design at a company-wide level.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive design strategy across multiple product pillars, ensuring cohesive, high-quality end-to-end experiences
• Define and champion excellence in AI-powered professional workflows, setting and maintaining high craft standards
• Build and lead a team of senior product designers, driving strategic feedback and process improvements for efficient collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in Product Design, with 7+ years in a management role
• Experience designing and shipping AI-powered or highly technical products across multiple areas
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and impact on users and business
• Proven ability to lead design strategy and execution in partnership with senior Product and Engineering teams
• Strong people leadership instincts with a commitment to team growth and craft improvement
