Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product design vision across the MDR platform, ensuring a consistent and scalable user experience
• Lead end-to-end design for core workflows, including alerting, investigation, response, reporting, and customer visibility
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Product Designers and UX professionals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design or UX, with 4+ years in a design leadership role
• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and workflow design
• Proven experience partnering with Product and Engineering leaders
• Experience building and scaling design systems
