Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Designers, managing performance and expectations
• Own and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and high accessibility standards across products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with customers to inform design direction and ensure quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product/UX design experience with demonstrated leadership of a design team
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality product design at scale
• Experience in managing and evolving a design system in a multi-product environment
• Strong skills in cross-functional leadership and building trust with Engineering and Product partners
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments preferred
