Key Responsibilities

• Define the design vision, strategy, and operating model for collaboration across the company
• Lead and coach a design team to enhance craft, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration
• Drive excellence in Discovery and Delivery through research, ideation, prototyping, and execution

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product/UI/UX Design
• 4+ years in design leadership roles
• Strong expertise in Discovery and Delivery with a proven track record
• Experience in developing, hiring, mentoring, and coaching designers
• Advanced level of English
