Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Design for the People App.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design team and manage workflow to ensure high-quality execution
• Design end-to-end user experiences for casual games, focusing on player engagement and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate design solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• 10+ years in product and/or game design, with 2-5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong UX and Game Design skills, including user flows and interaction design
• Direct experience in developing and shipping casual games
• Proficiency in UX software such as Figma and Adobe Suite
