Director of Product Design

Job Summary

Leading design for the Core Product portfolio, the full-time remote Director of Product Design, Consumer Experience will set the design vision, manage a high-performing team, and ensure quality across both consumer and business products, focusing on enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Set and communicate the design vision and strategy for Prodege's consumer product portfolio
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing product design team while managing capacity and prioritization
• Ensure design quality and scalability by establishing standards and leading hands-on design for high-impact initiatives

Required qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in Product Design, with at least 5 years in a management role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership of complex products with measurable impact
• Proven experience leading design strategy in collaboration with senior Product and Engineering teams
• Experience designing products incorporating AI-powered features
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
