Director of Product Design

Job Summary

Leading a small, high-velocity design team, the full-time Director of Product Design will guide the design strategy for enterprise marketing teams working with AI, maintaining high standards of visual and interaction design while remaining hands-on in prototyping and shipping work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and guide the design strategy, setting the vision for AI integration in enterprise marketing tools
• Maintain high standards of visual and interaction design across products, ensuring consistency and polish expected by enterprise customers
• Lead and mentor a design team as a player-coach, actively participating in prototyping and implementing design-to-front-end pipelines

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and product thinking
• 4+ years of experience leading design teams in a high-growth SaaS or product-led environment
• Hands-on experience with AI-native design workflows and tools such as Cursor and Claude Code
• Proven ability to build and manage a coherent design system ensuring consistency across products
• Working knowledge of front-end code (HTML, CSS, React/JSX) and modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
