Director of Product Design

Job Summary

To lead a dynamic design team, the full-time salaried Director of Product Design will manage two designers while driving the customer experience, simplifying complex problems, and integrating AI into design processes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a human-centered design approach throughout the customer journey, defining quality standards
• Oversee the complete design process from research to launch, maintaining involvement in key projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product vision and maintain brand consistency

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced direct-to-consumer product design environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team while owning individual contributions
• Strong end-to-end product design leadership with a track record of successful project delivery
• Experience using Figma and Jira as core design tools
• Proven interest in leveraging AI to enhance design efficiency and processes
