Director of Product Design

Job Summary

Leading a multidisciplinary team, the full-time salaried Director of Product Design will shape the end-to-end experience strategy for skilling products, ensuring they are human-centered and inclusive, while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of UX designers, researchers, and customer experience program managers
• Define and drive the product design and research strategy in alignment with organizational goals
• Establish a robust UX research strategy and advocate for data-informed decision-making across stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with significant experience in product or service design
• 7+ years of experience in product or service design for a Master's Degree holder or 9+ years for a Bachelor's Degree holder
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Proven track record of delivering user-centered products at scale
• Experience with modern design tools and methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative research
