Job Summary
Leading the design practice remotely, the full-time salaried Director of Product Design will manage a team to own the customer experience, set information architecture, and govern the design system while driving collaboration across various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the entire customer experience from sales to analytics, ensuring a cohesive interface
- Set the information architecture for a converging platform, defining objects and navigation
- Govern the design system's architecture, establishing documentation and contribution models
Required qualifications
- Based in a US or Canadian timezone
- 10+ years of product design experience
- Experience leading or growing designers, regardless of title
- Experience owning design for an enterprise or operational product
- Strong foundation in HCI or interaction design principles
