Leading design initiatives across the Demand Partnerships and Demand Gen pillar, the full-time remote Director of Product Design will set the vision, mentor teams, and drive strategy to deliver impactful, user-centered experiences at scale.

- Lead and scale Product Design across multiple teams and designers
- Define and drive a clear vision that guides product and experience decisions
- Mentor and develop the skills and careers of designers on the team
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing product designers, including senior-level talent
- Proven track record of driving product vision and strategy in complex environments
- Experience building and scaling high-performing design teams and inclusive cultures
- Deep commitment to user-centered design with strong partnerships in Research and Data
- Experience leading product design for growth and demand-generation experiences
