Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product, Design Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong team of product managers while supporting their growth and maintaining high standards
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core platform experience from drafting to construction documents
• Define AI integration across the product portfolio and partner with R&D to enhance AI capabilities using homebuilding data

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on complex product areas or teams
• 4+ years of experience in people management, including coaching product managers
• Proven track record of shipping impactful platform or systems-driven products
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• A systems thinking mindset that connects technical architecture with customer workflows and business goals
