Director of Product Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Development Director to oversee the product design team for architectural lighting products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product portfolio strategy and roadmap
• Lead product development activities including scope definition and design collaboration
• Manage new product launches and existing portfolio performance, including market analysis and lifecycle management

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Design, or Architecture
• 7 - 10 years of experience in Product Management or support for architectural products or technology
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching products
• Preferred industry experience in lighting, controls, or electronics
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle JD Edwards
