Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Mitratech Catalyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of new applications and features from concept through production release within 8-12 week project cycles
• Design and execute structured handoff plans for divisional engineering teams to independently own and operate delivered products
• Champion and evolve the delivery model, collaborating cross-functionally to identify high-impact build opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production applications at scale
• Experience leading 0-1 product builds in fast-paced or startup-like environments
• Deep fluency with AI-assisted development workflows and strong architectural instincts across full-stack, cloud-native systems
• Proven ability to hand off complex systems with clear documentation and effective knowledge transfer
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers and influencing engineering culture
