Job Summary

Director of Product Development, responsible for leading product development initiatives in a full-time remote position, overseeing teams, managing performance, and driving product strategies based on data and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships across the company and industry to align on strategy and execution
• Define and drive the product roadmap and execution strategies based on insights and data
• Ensure all products comply with regulations and establish best practices for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product, Sales, Operations, and/or Data Analytics
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards, regulatory and compliance rules
• Experience analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Ability to build understanding of various departments and functions within the organization
