Director of Product Development

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional agile teams, the full-time remote Director of Product Development will own the product roadmap, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of technology solutions aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion the product roadmap for specific systems or services within the assigned domain
• Act as the primary liaison between development teams and business stakeholders, translating needs into prioritized initiatives
• Manage multiple agile teams, overseeing project execution and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction with product releases

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product development or management with a proven track record of successful product delivery
• Deep knowledge of agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams
• Exceptional analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
• Preferred bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
