Director of Product Development

Job Summary

Leading product development initiatives, the full-time Director of Product Development will oversee the end-to-end development and optimization of consumer health products, ensuring alignment with quality systems and regulatory requirements, while collaborating cross-functionally in a hybrid or remote work environment with occasional travel to the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new product development and post-launch changes in accordance with stage gate processes and regulatory standards
• Direct cross-functional project teams to ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget
• Manage technology transfer and process optimization to guarantee manufacturing readiness and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Food Science, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product development, technical services, or project management in a regulated environment
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products and managing complex programs
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
