Director of Product Development
Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle, the full-time remote Director of Product Development will manage the multi-year product roadmap, oversee regulatory compliance, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance product quality and time-to-market.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute the product roadmap and New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle from concept through launch
- Oversee product verification, validation, and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Establish scalable processes to improve operational efficiency and drive data-informed decision-making across teams
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in product development and/or engineering environments
- Strong expertise in end-to-end product development lifecycle management within IT hardware or electronics
- Proven experience with regulatory compliance, product testing, and quality standards
- Deep understanding of IT hardware, electronics manufacturing, or related industries
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at the executive level
