Director of Product Development
Job Summary
To drive product development and implementation, the full-time remote Director of Product Development will ensure products are market-ready and operationally executable, overseeing cross-functional alignment and establishing rigorous product development lifecycle practices.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all products are fully defined, packaged, and market-ready, including sales readiness and success metrics
- Align cross-functional teams on processes and workflows to ensure products can be implemented and serviced at scale
- Design and implement standardized product development lifecycle processes, driving accountability and improving speed to market
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience, including 4 years in a managerial role
- 4 years of relevant product management and solutioning experience
- Strong sales and client/customer support and retention experience
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
