Director of Product Enablement

Job Summary

Transforming complex product capabilities into compelling narratives, the full-time remote Director of Product Enablement will manage demo strategy, partner with cross-functional teams, and build enablement programs to effectively position and sell the PhareOS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Shape product storytelling to resonate with healthcare buyers by translating complex capabilities into clear narratives
• Define and lead demo strategy, designing tailored experiences for buyer personas and real use cases
• Build and scale enablement programs to ensure Commercial teams are fluent in product positioning and messaging

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, product marketing, enablement, or sales strategy within healthcare technology or enterprise software
• Proven track record of optimizing product demos and customer-facing storytelling
• Strong executive presence for leading senior-level customer conversations
• Experience operating cross-functionally to drive alignment across teams
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while balancing immediate support and building scalable processes
