Director of Product Engagement

Job Summary

Driving the engagement strategy for Life360's member experience, the remote Director of Product Engagement will set multi-quarter direction, influence cross-functional partnerships, and enhance member interaction through connection, coordination, and safety initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the engagement strategy and roadmap, influencing organizational direction across connection, coordination, and safety surfaces
• Drive engagement growth by identifying and implementing high-impact initiatives that deepen user frequency and broaden participation
• Define and utilize engagement metrics to prioritize initiatives, design experiments, and measure outcomes effectively

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of consumer product experience with a proven track record in driving engagement and growth outcomes at scale
• Strategic ownership at the director level, with experience in defining engagement strategies for large user bases
• Expertise in experimentation across various scales, including designing metric frameworks and tracking KPIs
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and growth teams
• Deep empathy for families and relationships, driving product instincts that focus on user needs and experiences
