Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery across multiple product squads focused on Workforce Intelligence and related areas
• Establish and uphold standards for engineering excellence, including architecture and code quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform customer needs into effective, shippable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing teams of 25+ engineers
• Proven experience scaling B2B SaaS or data-intensive products, preferably in HR Tech or analytics
• Hands-on expertise in modern microservices architectures and cloud-native engineering on AWS
• Strong familiarity with technologies such as Java/Spring, Python, Node.js, and relational databases
• Experience leading distributed teams across various time zones with cultural fluency
