Job Summary
Leading a global engineering organization, the full-time remote Director of Product Engineering will oversee software engineering teams, drive product delivery of AI-enabled and revenue cycle technology platforms, and establish best practices for software development excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor software engineering teams while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
- Own the successful delivery of various technology products, including AI-enabled solutions and customer-facing applications
- Partner with cross-functional departments to align engineering execution with business priorities and develop engineering metrics for operational excellence
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with 8+ years in leadership roles
- Experience in building AI-enabled products and SaaS platforms
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, preferably Azure
- Proven experience managing distributed engineering teams and leading Agile organizations
