Director of Product Execution

Job Summary

Owning the delivery of product outcomes, the full-time remote Director of Product Execution will manage the portfolio view, lead the prioritization process, and establish operating discipline to ensure successful product launches and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio view, tracking commitments, in-flight projects, risks, and deferred work
• Oversee the end-to-end prioritization process, ensuring transparency and trust in the ranking of projects
• Lead and develop the product management team, focusing on hiring, performance, and career growth

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience delivering complex B2B software, preferably in SaaS or regulated industries
• Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-team product portfolio and resolve cross-team dependencies
• Experience executing strategies developed by others, translating them into measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define and track delivery and outcome metrics
