Director of Product Experience

Job Summary

To define and build the end-to-end user journey across Manager and Employee Apps, the full-time remote Director of Product Experience will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a cohesive experience layer while managing product strategy, UX/UI design, and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and build the strategy, roadmap, design, and delivery for both Manager and Employee Apps
• Oversee the navigation architecture, information hierarchy, and overall UX framework to ensure a unified platform experience
• Lead a team of UX/UI designers, a Product Manager, and engineers to foster a high-performance design and product culture

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product, design, or experience roles
• Proven track record of owning and shipping end-to-end products
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including designers and product managers
• Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software is preferred
• Strong understanding of workflows and user outcomes in complex environments
