Director of Product Experience

Job Summary

Leading the vision and execution of user experience and interface design, the full-time remote Director of Product Experience will transform product offerings into AI-native solutions while managing a team of UX designers and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute a company-wide UX/UI strategy to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across all products
• Lead the transformation of the UX organization toward AI-native design practices, leveraging AI tools to enhance design processes
• Oversee the creation of a comprehensive design system and establish metrics to measure the impact of design decisions on customer engagement and satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in leading UX/UI design for SaaS or technology products
• 5+ years of experience in developing multidisciplinary design teams
• Proven experience in designing AI-enabled software products and influencing product strategy
• Strong expertise in modern UX methodologies and design tools, particularly Figma
• BA or BS in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or Human Centered Design
