• Define and drive execution on the roadmap for embedded payments and financial product experiences
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality payment experiences and manage payment processor relationships

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, with 3+ years in payments or financial products
• Deep familiarity with payment rails, processing ecosystems, and regulatory landscape
• Strong strategic thinking skills with a focus on nonprofit financial needs
• Experience aligning product strategy with financial targets and business outcomes
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks relevant to payments and embedded financial products
