Director of Product for Enterprise

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy for the DSO space, the full-time Director of Product for Enterprise will define, build, and scale innovative solutions that address the needs of multi-location dental groups while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the end-to-end strategy for Dandy's highest-growth sector, ensuring the success of the product roadmap
• Architect solutions for enterprise customers, balancing the needs of corporate executives, procurement, office managers, and individual users
• Drive profitability and best practices across diverse clinical practice types while optimizing operational workflows through a data-driven approach

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of launching complex products successfully
• Strong experience in enterprise software, including procurement processes and multi-stakeholder engagement
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and navigate ambiguity effectively
• Deep understanding of user behavior and pain points across various customer layers
• Experience with products that integrate software with hardware, AI, or custom manufacturing logistics
