Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise initiatives across product development, platform modernization, client delivery, and operational transformation
• Establish program management standards, governance frameworks, and reporting structures
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate the delivery of strategic initiatives and manage dependencies

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, operations, or strategic initiatives within healthcare technology, SaaS, or enterprise software
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs involving product development and technology delivery
• Experience operating in matrixed organizations with multiple priorities and dependencies
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience strongly preferred
