Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product - Growth (East Coast US).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead growth initiatives for the provider domain, focusing on acquisition and activation of new B2B customers
• Design and execute data-driven experiments to optimize onboarding and accelerate conversion from trial to paid subscriptions
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to develop scalable growth engines and retention initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in product-led growth (PLG) within a B2B SaaS environment, targeting SMB customers
• Strong background in acquisition, activation, and onboarding strategies
• Demonstrated ability to lead data-driven experimentation and rapid growth initiatives
• Experience collaborating with marketing and engineering teams on lifecycle marketing
• Leadership experience at a senior level, preferably director or equivalent
