Job Summary

Driving revenue growth and portfolio expansion, the full-time Director of Product Portfolio Growth will optimize product performance, manage strategic vendor relationships, and support the rollout of new products in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the growth strategy for internal and third-party product portfolios
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for key vendors and strategic partners
• Support the productization and operational readiness of new products and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product portfolio management, revenue optimization, or related functions
• Experience managing third-party vendors and strategic partnerships within fintech or technology organizations
• Strong understanding of product rollouts and go-to-market support processes
• Proven ability to drive product adoption and portfolio expansion initiatives
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
