Job Summary
To support a growing Direct-to-Consumer business, the full-time Director of Product Growth will own new business lines from concept to scale, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategy, go-to-market execution, and economic modeling in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own new business lines from zero to scale, ensuring accountability for outcomes
- Set strategy and sequence business opportunities, translating plans into actionable steps for the team
- Build go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and customer acquisition channels
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in management consulting or investment banking and 3+ years in business operations or general management roles
- Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments with hands-on ownership of initiatives
- Experience in building AI-driven workflows and internal tools to enhance team productivity
- Strong structured thinking and exceptional communication skills, able to navigate between strategic and operational details
- Ability to make sharp decisions quickly, thriving in high-velocity environments
