Director of Product Initiatives

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Product Initiatives & Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution and tracking of high-priority product initiatives across the portfolio
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between Product, Engineering, Services, and Growth
• Support executive and board-level product reporting through streamlined data collection and synthesis

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or strategic operations
• Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record managing multiple complex initiatives
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, able to work with data teams or tools to support decision-making
• Experience in SaaS or healthcare/finance software industries preferred
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and product development lifecycles
