Key Responsibilities

• Develop and distill the company POV into data-backed industry white papers
• Automate and optimize processes such as campaign reporting and performance tracking
• Lead the design, development, and launch of proprietary technology products for creator marketing

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional work experience, including 4 years in a consultancy or agency environment
• Proven experience building and scaling data-driven products in marketing, media, or tech industries
• Prior experience with polling, surveys, and research methodology
• Strong technical background with data platforms, automation, and analytics systems
• Leadership experience overseeing product, engineering, and analytics/data science functions
