Job Summary

Director of Product Innovation, this full-time, salaried position involves leading teams to develop and launch new consumer-focused insurance products and capabilities from concept to market, while ensuring effective execution and collaboration across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to identify, build, launch, and grow new businesses and products
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate portfolio progress to senior executives
• Define product vision and strategy aligned with market opportunities and consumer needs

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 12 or more years of experience in product development or business strategy
• MBA or technical degree from a top institution is a plus
• Experience in start-up or high-growth environments
• Consulting experience managing high-level client engagements is preferred
