Director of Product Innovation
Job Summary
To drive customer transformation, the full-time Director of Product Innovation will define, build, and scale a new product engagement model for Core Business Workflows, operating in a hybrid or remote capacity while collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver AI-powered solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and operationalize a product commercialization strategy for Core Business Workflows to enhance customer adoption of innovations
- Build and lead a team of product and AI specialists to identify customer challenges and validate business value through rapid prototyping and innovation workshops
- Establish success metrics and frameworks to measure customer adoption, business impact, and proof-of-concept outcomes
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or related enterprise software leadership roles
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing customer-facing or product-focused teams
- Experience in designing and executing customer innovation programs and commercialization efforts
- Strong understanding of enterprise workflow platforms and digital transformation initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
