Director of Product Integration
Job Summary
Driving the strategic leadership and continuous evolution of travel technology, the full-time remote Director of Product Integration will oversee the implementation and optimization of corporate travel technology solutions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Product Integration strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor the Product Integration team, focusing on performance management and organizational development
- Oversee client technology implementations and ensure successful onboarding of corporate travel technologies
Required qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate travel technology or operations
- At least 7 years of progressive leadership experience managing technology or product support teams
- Hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), particularly Sabre
- Extensive experience in implementing and supporting corporate travel technologies
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Hospitality, or related field preferred
