Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product, Interoperability Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for the interoperability platform to meet client needs and business goals
• Scale and lead a team of product managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver platform capabilities
• Expand the provider network and enable clinical data retrieval across multiple verticals by building core platform functionality

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in product management & leadership, with at least 3+ years in a healthcare-focused role
• Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange standards and regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated success in scaling platform infrastructure for multiple product lines or customer types
• Experience managing and mentoring product managers in a high-growth environment
• Technically adept with experience in architecture discussions and API design
