Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product, Lab.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Lab bet portfolio, making decisive scale/iterate/kill calls and maintaining an exploration backlog
• Frame and execute experiments around key assumptions, defining kill criteria and ensuring fast shipping to protect learning speed
• Synthesize results into recommendations, prepare evidence packs for successful bets, and manage partnerships for business validation

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in Product with a proven 0-1 track record
• Experience managing PMs for at least 3 years
• Fluency in validation tools and cross-functional leadership experience
• Hands-on experience using AI as a product-building tool
• Background in early-stage startups, innovation teams, or new market bets
