Key Responsibilities

• Own the Lab bet portfolio, making decisive scale, iterate, or kill calls
• Frame and execute experiments based on the riskiest assumptions, ensuring rapid learning
• Prepare validated hypotheses and evidence packs for successful bets to transition to scaling

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in Product with a proven 0-1 track record
• Experience managing PMs for at least 3 years
• Fluency in validation tools and cross-functional leadership
• Hands-on experience using AI in product development
• Background in early-stage startups or innovation teams
