Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead their Clinical Genomics Workbench.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-quarter product strategy for the Clinical Genomics Workbench
• Lead the migration strategy from the legacy platform to the next-generation environment while ensuring customer retention
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform the product roadmap and maintain industry leadership

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in Genomics, Bioinformatics, or a related Life Science field
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Demonstrated capability in applying AI approaches within a clinical or scientific context
• Experience managing and scaling distributed international teams
• Strong understanding of customer-centric product philosophy over feature-driven development
