Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management for RMM & Professional Services Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the long-term product strategy and vision for RMM & PSA
• Lead the product roadmap and prioritize AI-driven features and scalability enhancements
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in RMM, PSA, or IT automation
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing product managers or cross-functional teams
• Strong technical understanding of RMM, endpoint management, and PSA solutions
• Proven ability to define product strategy and prioritize roadmaps
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
